Hi from The Netherlands Empty
PostSubject: Hi from The Netherlands   Hi from The Netherlands I_icon_minitimeSun May 03, 2009 4:45 am

Hi to all,

Permit me to spend first words to Egle: according your request by your e-mail I added a link to this forum on Arrow http://shihtzu.jouwpagina.nl

Now a little on only ourselves: we live in western Holland in a village named Bleiswijk some 4 kilometres north of Rotterdam/40 kilometres SW of Amsterdam.

We are in Shih Tzu for some 10 years after my wife was more earlier on in Caveliers.
Now in NL a large part of the breeders and kennels are located in quite normal housings and that way we do have relative small kennels. The max number we want to handle an have is 9 dogs with a reserved place for evt a 10th one if that must be.

We did start with Tzu from our country but is was soon afterwards we found out that we had a bit different idea on what we would like to have and want to go on with. It is not that the 4 Tzu we had were totally wrong but is was not enough to our ideas. So we made all rest of the family and some friends very happy with a Shih Tzu when we just gave them the Tzu's. Thereby comes the dogs were maybe far more better off because they were all the only dog in the house and got all the attention for themselves only.

Then we went abroad to get other Shih Tzu and got in CZ with Bohemia-Acro.
(Now I know very well what many may have heard and think on BA and we ourselves maybe even do way better because we were so many times there and saw all what happened until the end sofar because of the misstandings etcetera. But I not tell here the stories we saw and know of. We closed that tragic book )
So we went to CZ and the first Tzu was Harlequin and this one was not real what we would like but he was and is quite closeby. He has seen on shows 1/2 Europe and had an amazing big success in Lodz on the CACIB in 2004 when he ended as 3rd overall Very Happy

Now after him we had later on Oh!Darling and Dream Success, who is good in heratige and has with dogs from another kennel, Tsai Sjen, here in NL some very good children with the female behind. These youngsters go top only this moment over here when there are no politics.

Now more up to today: last october we were delighted by the PL CH of own bredded Joy in october 2008. She finished during our 10 days tour in PL and she was handled there by Agata of Pumilo kennel in Lublin where she was for 3 months in the beginning of 2008 too for shows required for the points. We are grateful and thankful to Agata for this wonderful thing.

Now end of 2008 brought something new: a female from Italy, in look very much what we want to have and have in mind witha amazing color. I imported the dog by air from Rome to Rotterdam, which was quite easy because Rotterdam is only 10 kilometres.
The name of this female is Pandemonium di Casa Corsini. She has all the time fantastic outbursts of energy. If she goes it looks likes she flies and it costs no energy at al. She must be corrected quite much because she is so swift going. We do have to do lots on her still but it pays off.
Now the very 1st puppy show in Mouscron 2009 (Belgium) wat direct good. Pandi went #1 puppy on all Very Happy
the second show in Wieze (belgium) was not good because she was like fire on the table and the judge had no other choice than to put her 4 as he told afterwords, if not she would have been #1 again.
Finally, just over a week ago she went to show in NL and at only 9 months and 4 days she got the juniorCAC out of 6 and the res-CAC of all females overall Very Happy

we do hope soon to have a male from Italy too when good and we like it. Have fixed already a flight to Rome this month for it.

Now this is a bit about us and what we do a bit until today. We normally do not much in NL but love it to go abroad and maybe we see some in october this year on World-dog in Bratislava SK.

4 now many greetings from us here in the Netherlands,

Peter

Hope to see you maybe soon again Beatrice. Have no idea when we go into Belgium again. Maybe brussles.

This year is a bit a strange year we not do much or need time for more private or family things.
Anyway I expect to have more time after 01 november when I am forced to stop my nowadays work. well 35 years in that was enough anyway.
I stay however with the company and on the payroll on a special department but do nothing as I have understood.
Surprised

Bonsoir a toutes en France de moi et ma femme :-))

salut
